We’re looking for small business mentors and business coaches to provide expertise, guidance and accountability support to our programs participants.
Who We’re Looking For
There is no mandatory minimum time commitment. We work with the schedule and desires of our mentors. Most mentors spend 1-2 hours per week with us.
Our Mentorship Philosophy
Our mentorship approach is tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each program participant. We manually match mentorship pairs based on two primary factors: industry alignment and expertise of the mentor. Our commitment to a quality match can also extend beyond the primary factors listed above, such as geography and social demographics.
Unique to our onboarding process is the time we take to get to know you as a mentor. After submitting your application, we’ll meet with you individually to ensure we have a full understanding of your experience and interests, which lays the foundation for a successful match.
Benefits of Becoming a Mentor
Every dollar you donate will help us support entrepreneurs or job seekers over the age of 50 through live group training, 1-1 coaching, community events, and financial stipends. We primarily focus on supporting low-income women and communities of color.
